I have always been a person who loves to be physically active. jogged my way through my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. Then, in the summer of 2014, I injured my hamstring to the point that I could barely walk. I went to Vanessa for personal training twice a week and did home programs prescribed by Vanessa.
My leg got stronger.
Vanessa suggested that I join her fitness classes. I was reluctant to give up any jogging time, but decided to give it a try.
Loved it! I discovered that I liked some variety in my workout routine. She is careful to watch your form, suggests alternate exercises for injuries, and frequently changes her classes so you never get bored! I also love personal training with Vanessa. She always pushes me to my limit without pushing too hard.
I am very thankful I have been able to work with Vanessa over the last 6 years. She is great support and makes working out fun. Her rates are VERY reasonable
