Nutrition: We worked on INCREASING the amount of food she was eating. This helped reduce night time cravings, balanced blood sugar, and reduce cortisol.

Training: During lockdown we worked together virtually. Once I was permitted to train in person, we worked together in the Studio. She also did a lot of walking (so helpful for fat loss, digestion, stress, and mental health).

In 8 months, Aimee dropped 30 lbs. But more importantly, she started feeling amazing.

She is now pregnant with baby #2, and she feels so much better going into this pregnancy, than the first. She continues to eat well throughout her pregnancy, and she still trains with me so we can focus on safe movements, and keep her motivated.
