In-studio personal training provides the most unique training experience, with a program customized to your specific goals, body type, and experience. Personal Training provides accountability and direct coaching, resulting in amazing transformations.
Our virtual fitness classes are our most popular service, with over 60 clients as part of our virtual fitness community! The beauty of our virtual classes? You can workout anytime, from anywhere! Classes are available online within our private, supportive Facebook group, with new workouts every week that include HIIT, strength, stretch, leg/glute focused, yoga, and tabata classes.

Tone, strengthen, and improve balance.This is an amazing class that is going to take you through a variety of moves using dumbbells, bands, sliders, ball, bodyweight and whatever you’ve got at home. A super fun total body experience!
You’ll feel fierce and strong with this fun class. Easy-to-follow cardio moves combined with some strength exercises that are gonna make you sweat and build muscle at the same time. You’ll have complete control to challenge yourself and build intensity in this workout. We’ll end our session with a relaxing stretch.
It’s never the same twice! If you say variety is the spice of life, this class is for you. This classes changes from week to week. It could be BodyShred, HIIT, Boot Camp or whatever Vanessa comes up. A great way to mix up your workout routine and get out of your rut.
It's time to stretch and relax in our morning. Flow through a series of yoga poses that will stretch, strengthen, and leave your body feeling relaxed and calm.
Nutrition: We worked on INCREASING the amount of food she was eating. This helped reduce night time cravings, balanced blood sugar, and reduce cortisol. Training: During lockdown we worked together virtually. Once I was permitted to train in person, we worked together in the Studio. She also did a lot of walking (so helpful for fat loss, digestion, stress, and mental health). In 8 months, Aimee dropped 30 lbs. But more importantly, she started feeling amazing. She is now pregnant with baby #2, and she feels so much better going into this pregnancy, than the first. She continues to eat well throughout her pregnancy, and she still trains with me so we can focus on safe movements, and keep her motivated.
I love personal training with Vanessa. She always pushes me to my limit without pushing too hard. I am very thankful I have been able to work with Vanessa over the last 6 years. She is great support and makes working out fun. Her rates are VERY reasonable - You definitely get your money’s worth!
